Theta Chi Alumni and Chapter Collegiates Complete Leadership Training and Planning Retreat

07/12/2025

On July 12, 2025, the Theta Chi Alumni and Chapter Collegiates completed the second annual planning retreat. The retreat was held at the Hampton Inn Conference Center in Stowe, OH and included nearly 20 alumni and collegiate leadership and members.

The morning session included leadership training on the key concepts in Stephen Covey’s - Seven Habits of Highly Successful People. The afternoon was dedicated to the 2025-2026 academic year and 10 year vision horizon planning goal setting. The result of this session was the production of the alumni association and chapter collegiate plans.

A big thank you to Brother Harvey for hosting the group at his home for a BBQ dinner after the retreat session.

Overall, a very productive retreat that produced our plan and associated goals for the 2025-2026 academic year with sights placed on the 10 year vision horizon.
