Who We Are… Our Organization
The Theta Chi Fraternity - Eta Mu Chapter was established at the University of Findlay in 1972. The chapter has seen nearly 600 brothers initiated that are now a part of its alumni organizations - the Alumni Corporation of Eta Mu Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity (501c7) and the Helping Hand Foundation of Eta Mu, Inc. a (501c3).
These organizations are focused on academic achievement, leadership development, chapter support, alumni to collegiate mentoring, university and regional brotherhood events, and giving back to our alma mater through monetary donations and alumni speaking events.
Where We Are Going…. Planning Calendar
Every great organization, that is in long standing, is steeped in a consistent evergreen planning process. This starts with an aligned planning calendar - the following is our planning cadence. Our elected leaders, appointed committee chairpersons, and project leads, with input from brothers giving of their time provide the necessary input to develop the short and long term plan for our organization.
