Who We Are…. & Where We Are Going….

The Theta Chi Fraternity - Eta Mu Chapter was established at the University of Findlay in 1972. The chapter has seen nearly 600 brothers initiated that are now a part of its Alumni Association.

The Alumni Association / Corporation and its Helping Hand Foundation purpose is focused on academic achievement, leadership development, chapter support, alumni to collegiate mentoring, university and regional brotherhood events, and giving back to our alma mater through monetary donations and alumni speaking events.

We realize our purpose through our strategic planning and goal setting process. These strategies and associated goals are described below.

If you would like to join us in setting strategy join us at our annual evergreen planning retreat. You will have opportunity to have input and set direction for the upcoming year and influence the 10 year vision - “enable involved students and alumni to live deep and meaningful lives”.

To support the goals consider a donation, your involvement will touch so many…

Planning Calendar

Every great organization, that is in long standing, is steeped in a consistent evergreen planning process. This starts with an aligned planning calendar - the following is our planning cadence. Our elected leaders, appointed committee chairpersons, and project leads, with input from brothers giving of their time provide the necessary input to develop the short and long term plan for our organization. See the following planning calendar overview - have ideas and/or want to get involved in the planning process - connect with us.
